At what age can circumcision be performed?
Dr. Frykman performs newborn circumcision as well as circumcision in older infants, children and teenagers. The setting and the technique differ with age, and this will be discussed at the consultation.
Is the procedure done in the office or in an operating room?
Newborn circumcision is commonly performed in the office. Older infants and children usually have the procedure in an operating room under general anaesthesia.
Do you perform circumcision revision?
Yes. Revision is offered where a previous circumcision has left excess skin, adhesions or an unsatisfactory result. Dr. Frykman will examine your child and explain what can be improved.
